1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Carrier agrees to provide medical courier and carrier services, including same-day delivery, stat delivery, scheduled routes, and medical specimen transport, as requested by Client and accepted by Carrier.

All services are subject to availability, geographic limitations, and applicable safety and operational standards.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

• Properly package and label all materials for transport
• Ensure materials are legal, non- hazardous, and approved for courier transport unless   otherwise agreed in writing
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
• Notify Carrier of any special handling or time requirements

Client is solely responsible for the contents of all items tendered for transport.

3. HANDLING & COMPLIANCE AWARENESS

Carrier maintains HIPAA-aware handling procedures and professional courier standards. Carrier does not provide legal or regulatory compliance guarantees and relies on Client to ensure materials are properly prepared and authorized for transport.

4. SERVICE TIMES & DELIVERY STANDARDS

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Carrier is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic incidents
• Road closures
• Acts of God
• Client-provided inaccuracies
• Law enforcement or emergency situations
